One of our clients, who runs an osteopathic practice, has just called in to say that quite a few of his patients have commented on how nice his receptionists are. He said that he is “absolutely delighted” that his clients have felt compelled to tell him what a pleasure it is to speak to his receptionists.
We received an email today from one of our clients who unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond their control, can no longer continue trialing our telephone answering service. He did however say “a big thank your staff for an exceptional service and I am confident that following some changes over the coming months at my end we will be back with you soon”
We always love to hear from our old clients, so we are very happy to share that we have had a client reinstating their service today!
He had to leave previously due to the recent economic climate, but now business is recovering he has reinstated his service. He said that he loves the personal and professional telephone answering service that we provide and his clients have missed his virtual receptionists!
