We have had one of our clients trialing our switchboard service comment this morning on how the service has already “completely changed the running of the business”, and that clients have already commented on the “professionalism of my receptionist”.
He stated, “by outsourcing my switchboard to Best Reception, aside from the immediate cost savings, the consistency and continuous upbeat and friendly persona of the receptionists creates an excellent impression for my business”.
Well done to all the virtual receptionists for their hard work!! Another happy customer 🙂
We have had one of our clients, who use our admin services for CV templates, email in a description of the service they receive from Best Reception as a reference for a potential new client. They have described the service as “prompt and reliable” and also said that they are “very happy with the service that we receive from Best Reception and will continue to use them for our overflow requirements”.
One of our long standing clients has provided a fantastic reference for our telephone answering service to one of our new clients.
He describes other call answering services as not taking the time to understand his company.
But then said that “Best Reception took the time to understand what I do and the sort of things customers would be enquiring about. As a result my customers get a first class service when they call and are unable to distinguish between Best Reception and my own front office”. He then says that he would “fully endorse their service and give them my unreserved recommendation”.

A client of ours who are only a few days into their trial, have already described our telephone answering service as “saving their lives”. They have said that they do not think they can live without it.
We have also had a new client enquiry today, that has been recommended from an existing client of ours. They contacted us after being told by our client that the service will be “hugely beneficial” to them.
We have just had one of our clients, an Independent Mortgage Broker in Leicestershire, describe our telephone answering service as “making the world of difference” to the running of their company. They have also recommended our services to other companies.
One of our clients, who runs an osteopathic practice, has just called in to say that quite a few of his patients have commented on how nice his receptionists are. He said that he is “absolutely delighted” that his clients have felt compelled to tell him what a pleasure it is to speak to his receptionists.
We received an email today from one of our clients who unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond their control, can no longer continue trialing our telephone answering service. He did however say “a big thank your staff for an exceptional service and I am confident that following some changes over the coming months at my end we will be back with you soon”
We have had some more great client feedback so well done to all of the virtual receptionists! One new client who supplies specialist technical equipment, currently trialling the service said, “I’m very happy with the service so far” and “I’ll defininitely be continuing with your service once the trial ends”.
We have also had one of our existing clients, an holistic massage therapist, email us about one of our virtual receptionists, saying that “my client has just said you have an excellent telephone manner and are very professional. Thank you for a great service”
One of our clients has emailed in to let us know what a fantastic job we have done! His clients had commented on how friendly and efficient his receptionist is, and also said that it means a lot to him and his patients.
We always love to hear from our old clients, so we are very happy to share that we have had a client reinstating their service today!
He had to leave previously due to the recent economic climate, but now business is recovering he has reinstated his service. He said that he loves the personal and professional telephone answering service that we provide and his clients have missed his virtual receptionists!
